GIVE LOVE NOT HPV

An article in today's Brisbane Times trumpets the following headline: Queensland researcher sets Australia up to be first country to eliminate cervical cancer. The article then begins with:

Experts predict Australia is likely to become the first country to effectively eliminate cervical cancer, with the eradication expected in the next 40 years.

Professor Ian Frazer, who is attached to the University of Queensland, created Gardasil, the vaccine for Human Papillomavirus (HPV) which causes about 99.9 per cent of cervical cancers.

The mention of the word "experts" arouses suspicion. Who are these experts? Are 99.9% of cervical cancers really caused by HPV? Mention is made of some recent research:

According to research recently published in the Journal of Infectious Diseases, there's been a dramatic decline in the rates of HPV, which has been attributed to the effectiveness of Gardasil. 

The research paper is not identified in the news article that then goes on to mention that the International Papillomavirus Society (IPVS) had issued a statement saying that it believed cervical cancer could soon be eliminated as a public health problem. The IPVS is described as being made up of the world's leading cervical cancer and HPV researchers, including Professor Suzanne Garland from Victoria's Royal Women's Hospital and the University of Melbourne, who advises the WHO and global policymakers on cervical cancer prevention and screening. It is Garland who makes the claim that:

Australia would likely be the first country to achieve the milestone of cervical cancer eradication. "We are forecasting that over the next 30-40 years, rates of cervical cancer will drop from around the current 1000 cases a year in Australia to just a few".

So what exactly are the facts? An unnamed research article claims that somewhere in the world a study had indicated that there's been a dramatic decline in the rates of HPV. It's a bit of a stretch to forecast on the basis of that research that cervical cancer rates will drop dramatically in the next 30 to 40 years. Of course, Garland hastens to add that this will only happen if vaccinations continue.

The statistic is quoted that among Australian women aged 18 to 24, the HPV rate dropped from 22.7 per cent to just 1.1 per cent during the past 10 years. Before the vaccinations, almost all sexually active people had contracted HPV.

This of course means that only a little more than 22.7% of Australian women aged 18 to 24 were sexually active ten years ago because almost all sexually active people had contracted HIV. This is an absurd statistic but it's quoted by an expert so you'd better believe it. Of course, the old line is trotted out that the benefits of the vaccine far outweigh any dangers.

The statistic that struck me was that there only 1000 cases of cervical cancer a year in Australia. Considering that there are about 12.2 million females, that's a ratio of 1:12,200. Of course females younger than 15 are not likely to be at risk of this type of cancer. In 2017, the under-15s comprised 18.8% of the population and so that leaves a little under 10 million females aged 15 and above. That's still only a ratio of 1:10,000 and yet there's a determined effort to get every adolescent girl in Australia vaccinated. That's over 2 million girls based on 2017 figures. Of course, adolescent boys are encouraged to get vaccinated as well and together this cohort would total around 4 million.

That's requires a lot of Gardasil and a lot of money for Big Pharma. Let's forget screening. Garland wants increasing screening rates as well as increased vaccination rates for millions of females in Australia alone, regardless of the rest of the world. HPV is a cash cow for the medical and pharmaceutical industry and looks set to remain so as the fear-mongering about HPV shows no sign of abating.

So what are the facts about HPV? This 2005 article from The Body sheds some light on the matter:

There may be more than 100 kinds of HPV variants, with a few strongly linked to the development of cervical and anal cancer. Because the transmission of these worrisome kinds of HPV are associated with sex, the fight against the virus is becoming increasingly fraught with all of the fears, myths and misinformation that now accompanies any public health response to sexual issues in the United States. With two new vaccines against HPV on the horizon, there are emerging concerns that these weapons may not be effectively deployed due to moral and political objections. HPV infection is the most common sexually transmitted disease in the United States. Over 5 million cases are thought to occur each year, with half of all women between the ages 18 to 22 having vaginal infections at some point. The anal infection rate in young gay men is higher still. Infection occurs through skin-to-skin contact -- including areas not covered by condoms -- and warts need not be present for transmission to occur. Most infections are transient and are cleared by the immune system. Of the 40 or so types of HPV that infect the genital and anal regions, those that cause genital warts are deemed "low-risk" whereas those linked to cancer of the cervix or anus are termed "high risk." Types 16 and 18 are the most common high-risk varieties. Most HIV-negative people -- and 90 percent of women -- clear HPV infections within two years, but infections with types 16 and 18 seem to last longer. Studies have consistently found that persistent infection with varieties such as 16 and 18 are a necessary precondition for the development of precancerous lesions. Those who clear the virus are out of danger.

The same article explains that there are two vaccines available: Gardasil from Merck and Cervarix from GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). However, as of 2016 GSK seems to have ceded the market to Merck and its 9-valent human papillomavirus vaccine (Gardasil 9), which protects against infection from HPV types 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, and 58. It is recommended that children and adolescents between 9 and 14 years receive two doses of this vaccine and in 2015, about 63% of US girls and about 50% of boys received at least one dose. Not surprisingly, Merck initiated a direct-to-consumer ad campaign to encourage parents to have their children vaccinated (article). Current price of a dose is US $116.22 (link). Merck has no competitors in the HPV vaccine marketplace, it has both a monopoly and the endorsement of all the officially sanctioned oncological organisations in the world. In Australia, if all the two million females on their way to adulthood have two doses, that would represent over US $450 billion dollars in sales. If the boys could be signed on as well, that's getting close to a trillion dollars. Some governments will offset the cost of the vaccinations for children and adolescents (at taxpayers expense) but Merck will still reap the rewards.

If potential sales in a small country like Australia can total close to a trillion dollars then the potential sales worldwide are nothing short of staggering. The resulting influence that Merck can exert on the medical establishment and governments around the world is terrifying and explains why Gardasil will not be disappearing from the marketplace anytime soon. In the United States at least, lawmakers have granted the pharmaceutical industry immunity from prosecution for any ill-effects of vaccines so in the case of Gardasil Merck does not even have to worry about litigation from those harmed by it. The government quietly takes care of that side of things (at taxpayers expense) and often does make payment to the victims of vaccinations (on condition that they keep their mouths shut).

Merck as a company is not concerned with the future health of adolescents. However, the parents of these adolescents are concerned with the future health of their children and preying on this concern is the key to a successful marketing campaign. Firstly, identify a virus such as HPV that has been implicated in the development of a life threatening illness (in this case, the adult onset of cervical cancer, possibly acquired in late adolescence via sexual activity). Secondly, exaggerate the threat that this virus poses to the health of adolescents who become infected. The formula HPV = CERVICAL CANCER works just fine in the same way that HIV = AIDS once used to. Thirdly, develop a vaccine and then get the Medical Mafia and Big Government to endorse it (usually a formality). Lastly, aggressively promote the benefits of the vaccine to brain-washed medical professionals and, via advertising, to brain-dead sheeple. If some parents are reluctant to subject their children to the vaccine, then a stick must be used in place of the carrot. Some countries now are punishing parents financially by withdrawing child support benefits and excluding the children from school if they don't vaccinate their children. This hasn't happened yet with Gardasil but it might.

Other Losses

This film is narrated by the author of the book of the same name and to quote from Wikipedia: 

In Other Losses (1989), Bacque claimed that Allied Supreme Commander Dwight Eisenhower's policies caused the death of 790,000 German captives in internment camps through disease, starvation and cold from 1944 to 1949. In similar French camps some 250,000 more are said to have perished. The International Committee of the Red Cross was refused entry to the camps, Switzerland was deprived of its status as "protecting power" and POWs were reclassified as "Disarmed Enemy Forces" in order to avoid recognition under the Geneva Convention. Bacque argued that this alleged mass murder was a direct result of the policies of the western Allies, who, with the Soviets, ruled as the Military Occupation Government over partitioned Germany from May 1945 until 1949. He laid the blame on Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower, saying Germans were kept on starvation rations even though there was enough food in the world to avert the lethal shortage in Germany in 1945–1946.

It's a disturbing but absorbing film and illustrates yet again how history is written by the victors. I was somewhat aware that there was a dark side to the allied occupation of Germany because of a book I'd downloaded but not yet read.

I'm motivated to read this book now after having seen this film. I also managed to download a PDF copy of Bacque's "Other Losses" at this location and have added it to my library. Subsequently, I was able to download a Kindle version from The Internet Archive where it's available in PDF, ePub, Plain Text, DAISY and Kindle formats. Even though the software program Calibre, that I use to organise my e-library, will convert from PDF to Kindle, I've encountered problems in the past with the conversion so it's always better to have a firsthand Kindle version.

It's been a long time since I accessed The Internet Archive which is accessible without signing up but I signed up which allows me to upload content if I want to. As is described on the site:

The site also goes on to mention that books published prior to 1923 are available for download, and hundreds of thousands of modern books can be borrowed through our Open Library site. I not sure why "Other Losses" is downloadable, having been written in 1989. The Open Library site is accessible using the Internet Archive credentials and to test it out I searched for Jung's "Memories, Dreams, Reflections" but to my surprise a book by Marianne Faithfull popped up called "memories, dreams and reflections". It looked interesting so I've borrowed it and have two weeks in which to read it. An encrypted copy in PDF or ePub format can be downloaded but I'll just read it online I think.

Anyway, getting off topic, but it's interesting where Internet investigations can lead. Returning to the theme of history being written by the victors, I must say that I'd heard nothing about any of this unlike a year or so ago. I'd basically thought that, during the closing stages of the war and in its aftermath, the Allies were basically well-behaved in the areas that it took oversaw. I'd formed the impression that the things were definitely worse in the Russian-occupied areas.

Like most people my age, I've endured a lifetime of Hollywood propaganda about the evil Nazis, the psychopathic Adolf Hitler and the horrors of the Holocaust. Now I'm realising that the history of the second world war that I'd once accepted is largely fictional.

Cancer Vaccine?

I'll reproduce the article that prompted this post in full, as it's not very long.

Stem cells which train the body to attack tumours could be the key to a breakthrough cancer vaccine. Researchers in California found the induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS) build an immune response to the disease in mice because of their remarkable similarity to cancer cells. The iPS could in the future be injected into humans to prevent the development of cancers – possibly for years after vaccination. They are made using samples from skin or blood, which are reprogrammed to mimic embryonic stem cells – meaning they can develop into any type of cell in the body. In a study, scientists tested the iPS cells on groups of mice with artificially induced breast cancer, injecting them once a week for four weeks. Within four weeks, breast cancer tumours were rejected by 70 per cent of the injected mice, while 30 per cent had significantly smaller tumours. Dr Joseph Wu, of Stanford Medical School, said: “Although much research remains to be done, the concept is pretty simple. “We would take your blood, make iPS cells and then inject the cells to prevent future cancers. “I’m very excited about the future possibilities.”

At first I thought that this was just another vaccine to be added to the growing list of what humans presumably need to stay healthy. However, it seems less a vaccine and more a series of medical procedures, so it may prove more of a boon to the medical mafia than to the drug companies, although they'll be looking for a way to profit from it if they can. Certainly if the procedure proves effective, then most of drugs used to treat cancer would become obsolete. The procedures wouldn't come cheap: blood must be taken, iPS cells manufactured and then injected. The procedure has the merit of using the body's own cells and so is very different from your usual vaccine.

It will be interesting to see what comes of it but it has the potential to be very disruptive to the way the cancer industry currently operates. The new procedure may well be shut down if it proves successful but less lucrative than current approaches. The medical mafia has no interest in curing cancer cheaply, even though many researchers (perhaps Dr Joseph Wu included) may be genuinely striving toward this goal. Meanwhile, many more rodents and other animals will suffer as the studies continue toward the human guinea pig stage.

Trains, Planes and Automobiles

Jason Gewirtz has written a book called Israel's Edge about the country's Talpiot program which he describes in a March 27th 2016 interview with The Jerusalem Post. Gewirtz by the way works for CNBC (CNBC is an American basic cable, internet and satellite business news television channel that is owned by NBCUniversal News Group, a division of NBCUniversal, owned by Comcast. ... In 2007, the network was ranked as the 19th most valuable cable channel in the United States, worth roughly $4 billion: source Wikipedia). He has also covered the 2006 Second Lebanon War from northern Israel. In other words, he is pro-Israel and about as mainstream as you can get. Here is what he had to say:

Created following the Yom Kippur War, after Syria, Egypt and many of Israel’s other enemies closed a major technology gap with it, Talpiot has for more than three decades helped advance Israel’s arsenal through the brain power and imagination of the young, Gewirtz said. 

“Instead of being trained to fight immediately, the few soldiers each year selected for Talpiot are taught how to think. In order to join this unit they have to commit to being in the army for 10 years, rather than the three years a normal soldier serves. Talpiot members are taught advanced level physics, math and computer science as they train with soldiers from every other branch of the IDF. The result: young men and women who can take their classroom experience and combine it with battlefield experience in order to become research and development machines,” he added.

He goes on to say:

I was first attracted to the program after seeing an article in the Hebrew media many years ago. I then started asking around an ulpan teacher who had a friend who had graduated from an early class. 

While he could not talk to me on the record, he led me to another graduate who could. That one led me to two more, and so on. By the time my interviewing was finished, I had interviewed almost 10 percent of the graduates of this program, which began in 1979. Every story was fascinating. While I could not use every story, for various reasons I wish I could have. Not all – but almost every graduate was extremely modest.” 

He described becoming “really hooked after one graduate explained to me that a Talpiot can make a one percent difference in a conflict or battle. That’s a big deal for one guy. They do it through technology, of course, but it is that technological advantage that gives Israel the edge it needs. It is also that technological advantage that David Ben-Gurion was so intent upon fostering when the country was founded... Israel must defend itself through a qualitative advantage and that is what Talpiot gives Israel – the tools for this qualitative advantage that is so necessary for Israel, and the Jewish people’s survival.” 

Well, having watched Brendon O'Connell's video on The Talpiot Program, the dire implications for the rest of the world quickly become apparent.

The Israeli infiltration of technology is quite disturbing but I want to focus on only one aspect here and that's the recent accidents involving United States warships. The Straits Times carried this article on August 23rd 2017 titled US warship collisions raise cyber attack fears. It's worth reproducing the entire article here:

SINGAPORE (AFP) - A spate of incidents involving United States warships in Asia, including a deadly collision this week off the Singapore coast, has forced the US Navy to consider whether cyber attackers might be to blame.

While some experts believe that being able to engineer such a collision would be unlikely, given the security systems of the US Navy and the logistics of having two ships converge, others say putting the recent incidents down to human error and coincidence is an equally unsatisfactory explanation.

The USS John S. McCain collided with a tanker early on Monday (Aug 21) as the warship was on its way for a routine stop in the city-state. The collision tore a huge hole in the hull, and left 10 sailors missing and five injured.

The navy  on Tuesday said some human bodies were found by divers in flooded compartments on the ship.

Chief of US Naval Operations John Richardson on Monday said he could not rule out some kind of outside interference or a cyber attack being behind the latest collision. However, he added that he did not want to prejudge the inquiry. His broader remarks suggested a focus on "how we do business on the bridge".

Admiral Richardson, when asked about the possibility of a cyber attack, said: "We're looking at every possibility... as we did with Fitzgerald as well."

Just two months earlier, in June, the USS Fitzgerald and a Philippine-flagged cargo ship crashed into each other near Japan, leaving seven sailors dead and leading to several officers being disciplined.

There were also two more, lesser-known incidents this year. In January, USS Antietam ran aground near its base in Japan, and in May, USS Lake Champlain collided with a South Korean fishing vessel. No one was injured in either incident. 

Admiral Scott Swift, commander of the US Pacific Fleet, refused to rule out sabotage in Monday's incident, saying all possibilities are being examined.

"We are not taking any consideration off the table," he told reporters in Singapore onTuesday, when asked about the possibility of a cyber attack in the latest incident.

HIGH TENSIONS

Analysts are divided on the issue, with some believing US Navy crews may simply be overstretched as they try to tackle myriad threats in the region. There is also the difficulties of sailing through waterways crowded with merchant shipping, they said.

But others believe something more sinister may be going on.

Mr Itar Glick, head of the Israeli-based international cyber security firm Votiro, said the spate of incidents suggested that the Global Positioning System of US Navy ships could have been tampered with by hackers, causing them to miscalculate their positions.

He said: "I think that hackers could try to do this, and if they are state sponsored they might have the right resources to facilitate this kind of attack."

Mr Glick, who says he used to work on cyber security for Israeli intelligence, said  China and North Korea would be the most likely culprits.

Tensions are running high between North Korea and the US as Pyongyang makes strides in its weapons programme, after conducting two successful intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) test launches in July.

Pyongyang has also been blamed for recent cyber attacks, including the 2014 hack of Sony Pictures, and the theft of millions of dollars from the Bangladesh central bank.

The US has repeatedly accused China of carrying out cyber attacks on American companies, particularly to steal intellectual property. Beijing however says it is also the victim of such attacks.

'SPOOFING'

Mr Glick pointed to a recent incident in June of apparent large-scale GPS interference in the Black Sea to illustrate that such disruptions are possible.

The interference, called "spoofing", disrupts GPS signals so ship instruments show inaccurate locations. It caused some 20 vessels to have their signals disrupted, according to reports.

Mr Jeffery Stutzman, chief of intelligence operations for US-based cyber security firm Wapack Labs said he thought the possibility of a cyber attack being behind the latest incident was "entirely possible".

"I would be very doubtful that it was human error, four times in a row," he said, referring to the four recent incidents.

Still, other observers believe such a scenario to be unlikely.

Mr Zachary Fryer-Biggs, from defence consultancy Jane's by IHS Markit, said even if something went wrong with the GPS system of a ship, other safety mechanisms should stop it from crashing, such as having people on watch.

"The collision only occurs if several other safety mechanisms fail," he said.

Mr Daniel Paul Goetz, from US-headquartered cyber security firm Lantium, said causing a collision would be complicated, as it would involve knowing the exact location, speed and bearing of both ships involved.

Mr Goetz, who says his background is in US military intelligence, also pointed to the level of technology used to protect the navy from such threats.

"The US military uses a GPS system that is highly secured, highly encrypted - the chances that somebody could take over US military ship is very close to zero," he said.

It's interesting what Mr Itar Glick, head of the Israeli-based international cyber security firm Votiro, had to say, namely:

Votiro was "established in 2010 in Israel, Votiro was founded by a team of senior security experts with extensive experience in the public and private sectors of intelligence-gathering and security organisations. Familiar with organisations’ requirements for securing their sensitive, proprietary data, Votiro develops and licenses unique security software solutions that help protect organisations from external cyber attacks."

Of course given Israel's grip on the United States, it's far more likely that this country would be the culprit rather than China or North Korea. The country had no qualms about attacking a United States warship as the USS Liberty incident on June 8th 1967 during the Six-Day War illustrates. The question is what would such a deception achieve for Israel?

Well for starters it would prove that such hacking can be carried out successfully "in the wild" rather than remaining a theoretical possibility. It certainly unsettles the United States navy and forces it to scrutinise the security of its telecommunications systems. This means more work for the cybersecurity firms that will apply patches of which Israeli intelligence quickly becomes aware. Also, just as the attack on the Liberty was an unsuccessful false flag attack by Israel designed to draw the United States into the Six-Day War, similar mischief may be afoot in the South China Sea.

Israel's decisions will be based on its own self interest and it will remain indifferent to whatever mayhem may be unleashed as a consequence. Within the United States, non-Israeli elements in the intelligence community, in finance, politics and the military will actively collude with Israel in achieving its goals (as happened with 9/11). If an outbreak of hostilities on the Korean peninsula is thought necessary, it will happen and it will probably be facilitated by Israeli patriots, currently serving in Talpiot or alumni who have infiltrated and compromised the security of the United States military defence systems.

Of course it's not only warships that can be remotely controlled. Commercial aircraft are certainly capable of being remotely controlled via the Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilot if it is installed. Even Wikipedia includes this paragraph in its brief review of the technology:

There have been claims that the technology has been secretly fitted to some commercial airliners. Some have blamed it for the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, whose cause is unknown as of 2016. According to Bob Mann, an airline industry consultant, there is no evidence that the Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilot has ever been used in a commercial airliner. Safety concerns, including the possibility that such a system could be hacked, have prevented its roll-out.

If we assume the Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilot was installed on Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 then who would want to seize control of it and send it to a watery grave in the Indian Ocean. Well, we don't know that the plane ended up in the Indian Ocean. It's far more likely that it was directed to the joint US airforce base of Diego Garcia. Here is what Wikipedia has to say about the base:

To the United States, Diego Garcia was a prime territory for setting up a foreign military base. According to Stuart Barber—a civilian working for the US Navy at the Pentagon—Diego Garcia was located far away from any potential threats, it was low in a native population and it was an island that was not sought after by other countries as it lacked economic interest. To Barber, Diego Garcia and other acquired islands would play a key role in maintaining US dominance. Here Barber designed the strategic island concept, where the US would obtain as many less populated islands as possible for military purposes. According to Barber, this was the only way to ensure security for a foreign base. Diego Garcia is often referred to as "Fantasy Island" for its secludedness.

Dr. Mahathir, the former prime minister of Malaysia, was not shy about putting forward his theory about what happened to the aircraft.

Dr. Mahathir suggested the United States' Central Intelligence Agency had knowledge of the disappearance of the plane with 239 people on board but was not sharing it with Malaysia. He also claimed that Boeing, the plane’s maker, and “certain” government agencies, have the ability to remotely take over control of commercial airliners such as the missing Boeing 777. Source

Mahathir had crossed swords with the World Bank over how to the country should handle the economic crises of 1997-8 and 2007-8. In an address in 2009 at the Beijing University on April 29th 2009, he had this to say:

Asians must therefore be prepared to develop new banking systems which would not be given the power to create unlimited money. The banks must have new sets of regulations and new supervision by trained Government agencies. There must be distinct limitations to what the banks are allowed to do. Bank financing should be limited to real business and trade. The loans must also be limited based on the assets owned by the banks. Loans in excess of this must be subjected to Government scrutiny and in big cases to Government approval.

Of course Flight 370 went missing on March 8th 2014 and Mahathir stepped down as Prime Minister at the end of October 2003. However, he has remained influential in the background of Malaysian politics and so certain western government agencies may have been deemed necessary to teach the country a lesson by "disappearing" one of the country's planes. The lesson might have been to not consider developing any new banking system as Mahathir had suggested the country do.

With autonomous/driverless cars and trucks becoming more common, remote hacking is quite possible and indeed is even possible with modern, conventional vehicles due to their high reliance on computer technology. There have been many suspicious crashes of vehicles being driven by people who had begun to ask too many awkward questions and irked the ruling elite. So welcome to a world where an increasing number of cars, buses, trucks, trains, aircraft and ships can be remotely controlled by anonymous hackers who will use them for whatever purposes their handlers direct.

Governments, organisations and individuals can be quickly brought to heel after witnessing such hijackings. Whatever the official explanation for the "incident" that befalls a vehicle and its occupants, the message is clearly understood by those to whom it is directed. Cease and desist, or else there'll be more of the same. In the case of individuals operating more or less independently, it is enough that they are forever silenced. However, others of a similar investigative bent, will take note of their colleague's demise and perhaps reconsider their own commitment. They will have to ask: is it worth it?

Of course, hacking into planes, trains and automobiles and causing death and destruction is to be used with restraint or else confidence in these forms of transportation will be undermined. There are other ways to target and destroy the reputations of individuals. Planting incriminating files in their computer systems is one way and is generally easy to accomplish. Hijacking their social media accounts is another. For example, posting a phoney "goodbye cruel world" message on social media can help explain someone's subsequent suicide when in fact they have been "suicided".

The overarching point of this entire post is simply that enormous power adheres to those with access to and control of the information technology systems that increasingly pervade our planet. These individuals are likely to be Israeli patriots, currently serving in Talpiot or they are Talpiot alumni. They are willing to carry out unquestioningly the instructions of their Zionist overlords. If they have any questions, they have the good sense not to ask them. They know they are expendable and so are their family and friends.

Dengvaxia

This caption of this news article in The Jakarta Post immediately grabbed my attention when I read it: Philippines suspends world-first public dengue vaccination program. Here is the article in its entirety:

The Philippines said Friday it had suspended a landmark public vaccination program for the potentially deadly dengue virus after its manufacturer warned it could worsen the disease in some cases. French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi announced Wednesday that its world-first dengue vaccine could lead to more severe symptoms for people who had not previously been infected. The Philippines has vaccinated more than 733,000 children with Dengvaxia since 2016 when it became the first country to start using it on a mass scale.

But it said Friday the programme had been suspended. "In the light of this new analysis, the DOH (Department of Health) will place the dengue vaccination programme on hold while review and consultation is ongoing with experts, key stakeholders, and the WHO (World Health Organization)," Health Secretary Francisco Duque said. Sanofi had initially said its Dengvaxia vaccine was "critical" in the fight against dengue, the world's most common mosquito-borne virus. It said Wednesday that a new study has confirmed Dengvaxia's benefits for "those who had prior infection". "For those not previously infected by dengue virus, however, the analysis found that in the longer term, more cases of severe disease could occur following vaccination upon a subsequent dengue infection," Sanofi said.  Duque stressed that the government had not yet received reports of any problems with Dengvaxia. "Currently, there is no reported case of severe dengue infection among those who received the vaccine," he told reporters.

The content contains several perplexing elements. Purportedly "there is no reported case of severe dengue infection among those who received the vaccine" and yet the new study shows that "more cases of severe disease could occur following vaccination". Clearly there is a contradiction here. Additionally, why are children who have been vaccinated contracting dengue in the first place? Isn't the point of vaccination to prevent the child succumbing to the disease? Furthermore, "the French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi announced Wednesday that its world-first dengue vaccine could lead to more severe symptoms for people who had not previously been infected". A pharmaceutical company is admitting that its vaccine is dangerous after inoculating 733,000 children. This is strange indeed and clearly there must be a lot more to this story. Time to delve a little deeper.

Apparently, "eleven countries, including the Philippines, have approved the commercial release of Dengvaxia: Brazil, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand" according to Rappler. It is only in the Philippines however, that it was rolled out on such a massive scale. In the Rappler story, it's said that:

The vaccine was approved for sale in the Philippines a few weeks after then President Benigno Aquino III received executives from the company in a courtesy call in Paris, France, in December 2015.

Clearly the executives of the company managed to persuade Aquino to approve the vaccine. I wonder what incentives were provided? But back to the present and the evidence must have been quite damning for a drug company to admit openly that a product it developed is a failure. Doubtless more details will come to light as "the office of the Philippine president on Sunday vowed to hold accountable those responsible for a suspended dengue immunisation program, which it said placed thousands of lives at risk" (source).

Countries without a Rothschild-controlled Central Bank

An article, published sometime in 2017, points out how the number of countries without central banks owned or controlled by the Rothschild Family now stands at four. The countries are:

• Cuba
• North Korea
• Iran
• Syria

Back in 2003, the number was higher and the relevant countries were:

• Sudan
• Libya
• Cuba
• North Korea
• Iran
• Syria

Earlier still, in 2000, the number was higher still and the countries were:

• Afghanistan
• Iraq
• Sudan
• Libya
• Cuba
• North Korea
• Iran
• Syria

Afghanistan and Iraq fell under Rothschild control only after invasion by the United States. Libya and Sudan fell later and thus the current meagre total of four countries still not controlled. Syria is still in turmoil while Cuba and North Korea are under constant pressure and both continue to be demonised by the United States and other countries. However, Iran is the really big prize that still eludes the central banksters and it is demonised not only by the United States but by Israel and Saudi Arabia as well. Iran's days are surely numbered but the criminal governments in control of these three countries need an excuse to invade it. Doubtless this real axis of evil will find or rather manufacture one. 

Scumbag Politicians

The headline in the BBC News runs: Priti Patel held undisclosed meetings in Israel. The article went on to say that:

The International Development Secretary held undisclosed meetings in Israel without telling the Foreign Office while accompanied by an influential pro-Israeli Conservative lobbyist, the BBC has learned. Priti Patel met the leader of one of Israel's main political parties and made visits to several organisations where official departmental business was reportedly discussed. According to one source, at least one of the meetings was held at the suggestion of the Israeli ambassador to London. In contrast, British diplomats in Israel were not informed about Ms Patel's plans. Ministers are by convention supposed to tell the Foreign Office when they are conducting official business overseas.

Clearly she was up to no good and surprisingly the final part of the article alludes to her possible motives:

The UK currently sends about £68m a year to support the Palestinian territories, most of it from DFID's budget. Some of the money is given directly to the Palestinian Authority, the rest through the local UN agency or individual groups.

Critics claim that instead of just supporting Palestinian refugees and institutions, the money has also been used to pay salaries to Palestinians jailed for terrorism-related offences. 

Ms Patel has long been a critic of this funding. She tightened up the guidelines on Palestinian spending last year, focusing more on health and education, but one Foreign Office source said that she had recently tried to go further, presenting a paper to the prime minister and the foreign secretary for yet more restrictions on the funding.

"But they were not particularly impressed by her arguments," said one Foreign Office source. Another said: "She has been trying this for some time. She has been pushing to get her hands on the PA aid budget and we have been pushing back." 

Others suggested Ms Patel was getting close to CFI in preparation for a future leadership contest. One Whitehall source said: "I have always understood it to be part of her leadership ambitions, if she has got people from CFI who are prepared to put money into her." 

Not surprisingly, Israel works unrelentingly to reduce support or funding for the beleaguered Palestinians while supporting the ambitions of politicians like Priti Patel who are staunchly pro-Israel. Western politicians who are foolish enough to be openly critical of the Israeli government's policies would, one suspects, be actively undermined in all sorts of ways by the Israelis. They have no moral qualms, believing that any activity furthering the interests of Israel is a good thing.
