World Weather Attribution

Welcome to my "invisible" blog. Here is a recent quote from an article that caught my attention:

“Human-caused climate change has doubled the likelihood of a storm like this week's deluge in Valencia, according to a rapid but partial analysis Thursday by World Weather Attribution, comprising dozens of international scientists who study global warming's role in extreme weather.”

9News on 1st November 2024

"A rapid but partial analysis" by this World Weather Attribution organization came up an almost instant DOUBLING of the likelihood. TREBLING or QUADRUPLING could have been inserted instead but DOUBLING was deemed strong enough I guess. Clearly this multiplication factor of 2 was snatched out of "thin air" to use a meteorologically sounding metaphor.

Every extreme weather event and every locality experiencing its highest temperature is now claimed to be the result of "human-caused climate change". The message is relentlessly repeated in the mainstream media and a lie that is repeated often enough become the truth. Usually comments come from "climate change experts", "climate scientists" and the like but setting up some important sounding organization like World Weather Attribution also works. The name lends itself to the snappy-sounding acronym WWA.

The organization is not afraid of spitting out multiplication factors. Here's another example:

For example, in July 2021, just 11 days after temperatures in Pacific northwest areas of the U.S. and Canada reached high above 40ºC, shattering records by as much as 5ºC, a WWA study found that climate change made the heatwave at least 150 times more likely and 2ºC more intense. 

Yes, "climate change made the heatwave 150 times more likely" rather than just two times more likely as was the case with the Valencia floods, although it is not mentioned if the incident was "human-caused". Well, let's finish with another quote from their website:

Since its inception in 2014, WWA has now performed more than 80 attribution studies on heatwaves, drought, wildfire, storms and extreme rainfall events around the world. The methods used have advanced over the years and have been published in the peer-reviewed scientific literature together with many of the studies of individual events.

WWA receives funding from the Grantham Institute, the European Climate Foundation and the Bezos Earth Foundation.

Probably the studies will "attribute" all the events to human-caused climate change and the "methods" will be questionable to say the least. Of course, in one sense, deliberate human-caused climate change is possible via chemtrails, HAARP and other technologies. Maybe human intervention did double the likelihood of a storm! We live in interesting times.

Off Line

I've decided to make this blog inaccessible to search engines and accessible only to myself. It's a sad day indeed but it's no longer safe to make reasonable and rational posts about issues that go against the official narrative. I may not even make any more posts to this blog. I'm still undecided. 

I've got a pretty good idea of what's really going on and perhaps it's time to let focus more on the physical and the spiritual. The former to prolong my time on the planet and the latter to make preparation for transitioning to the other side. Given that nobody is going to viewing this then it would make more sense to simply start a journal of some thought on my computer but the blog does provide a convenient way of organising one's thoughts and accessing them easily for later reference.

Nanobots and 5G

This graphic (Figure 1) caught my attention on Twitter, yes I know it's now called X, in relation to contaminants in the Covid vaccines.

"It contains graphene oxide, parasites, RFID, metals, and nano-circuitry. DARPA and Bill Gates developed these non-biological synthetic injections to control the minds and bodies of the population."

"Dr. Charles Morgan formerly with the CIA in a 2018 DARPA meeting talking to the U.S. Military about CRISPR gene editing technology says they can engineer a "unique thing" to kill only one person in the world. In this case, they used this 'mRNA' technology to kill millions of innocent people in the world."

"This is why through the PCR test they took everyone's DNA and put it in a database in order to target specific people and races in the future, not only to kill them but to control their thoughts and actions."

Stories like this have been in circulation for a while and its hard to separate fact from fiction. I'm sure that our reptilian overlords would love to implement this sort of biotechnology if they could but whether they have achieved this capability and implemented it via the vaccines is uncertain. Heading into the future however, the possibility becomes more and more likely. 

At the end of the day, the average person has no idea what any vaccine contains and to believe that vaccines are intended to protect us from pathogens is to plumb the depths of gullibility and naivete. While needles can be avoided, it's more difficult to avoid vaccines that are introduced into food or spread via an aerosol. This again is the future or has this future already arrived as well.

Messianic Zionism

This YouTube video titled Justifying Slaughter: How the Cult of Messianic Zionism Conquered the West by Thomas Suárez was very informative about how Israel came into being. Here is the text attached to the video:

Acclaimed author and researcher Thomas Suárez, a former West-Bank resident and faculty member of Palestine’s National Conservatory of Music, appeared at UMass-Amherst on April 16 (2024) to talk about the historical roots of Israel’s ongoing ethnic cleansing of Palestine, the complicity of Western governments in manufacturing consent to the continuing horrors unfolding in Gaza and the West Bank, and what it will take to fundamentally transform Israel’s current apartheid policies and liberate the Palestinian people.

Suárez, who is also a professional concert violinist and world-renowned cartographer, is the author of four books based on exhaustive archival research into the history of Zionism, Zionist terror, and Israel’s formation.

Thomas Suárez's most recent book is Palestine Hijacked: How Zionism Forged an Apartheid State from River to Sea, which Noam Chomsky called "a damning story, heavily documented ... far too revealing to be tolerated." His previous book, State of Terror: How Terrorism Created Modern Israel,  was praised by the eminent Israeli historian Ilan Pappe as “a tour de force that looks boldly at the impact of Zionism on Palestine and its people in the first part of the 20th century,” and “the first comprehensive and structured analysis of the violence and terror employed by the Zionist movement, and later the state of Israel, against the people of Palestine.”

Suárez is quite successful at exposing the evils of Zionism and showing how it readily put the best interests of Jews aside when pursuing its agenda of establishing the Jewish State of Israel, and how it continues to do now in expanding the country's original borders to create Greater Israel.

Plasticizing Metals

I began reading "The Checklist Manifesto: How to Get Things Right" by Atul Gawande and early on the book he meets with an engineer who is overseeing the construction of a multi-storied building. At one point in their meeting, the author describes the following exchange:

“... he showed me the bare metal trusses that had been put into the ceiling to support the floor being built above. Next, he said, will come the fireproofers. "You have to fireproof metal?" I asked. Oh yes, he said. In a fire, the metal can plasticize--lose its stiffness and bend like spaghetti. This was why the World Trade Center buildings collapsed, he said. He walked me down a stairway to the floor below us. Here, I could see, the fireproofing material had been sprayed on, a gypsum-based substance that made the ceiling trusses look gray and woolly.”

There's not a hint of skepticism on the part of the author, who published the book in 2009, as to whether or not metal "can plasticize - lose its stiffness and bend like spaghetti". The engineer clearly believed it was possible. This is what Google's Gemini had to say on the matter:

When asked where this information came from, Gemini couldn't identify anything specific but instead responded:

Much of the information I shared is considered general knowledge within the field of engineering and construction. This means it's widely accepted information that can be found in numerous textbooks, academic papers, and industry standards.

So there you go. For all those who believed the twin towers were taken down in a controlled demolition, the facts are that the towers were "plasticized" or maybe "spaghetticized". The fact that an engineer used such terminology reminded me of Richard Gage, a San Francisco-based architect, and the founder of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth who sought to establish some sanity regarding what happened regarding 9/11.

The vitriol directed against Gage is extreme. Here is an example from an article in KQED in September of 2021:

Last month, Spike Lee came under fire for including the voices of 9/11 conspiracy theorists in his four-part HBO series, NYC Epicenters 9/11-2021½. Lee hastily edited his documentary after objections poured in from journalists who had seen previews, and who had expressed dismay at the inclusion of interviewees expressing the view that the official narrative of Sept. 11, 2001 was false. Chief among these interview subjects was Richard Gage, a San Francisco-based architect, and the founder of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth.

Slate‘s Jeremy Stahl called Gage’s segment, “surreal and demoralizing.” Stahl noted that “Gage is responsible for peddling some of the most pernicious and long-running lies about the 9/11 attacks, which is why I was surprised that Lee, HBO, and WarnerMedia might be lending his group any amount of time.” Stahl continued, “In terms of conveying facts, this is a bit like presenting COVID-19 vaccine skeptics in a debate alongside Anthony Fauci.”

These comments are all the more hilarious given that time has proved that Anthony Fauci was a lying little rat. Gage is demonised for simply "expressing the view that the official narrative of Sept. 11, 2001 is false". The fact that he has compelling evidence to support his view is never mentioned. A Google search for "Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth" brings up a Wikipedia (the source of all "truth") article and any link to the site itself does not appear until page 5. All very sad but at least I've been reminded of this website and can draw some satisfaction from its continued existence and, from time to time, recommend others to visit it.

Grim Warning?

I had to smile at an article in the MailOnline, some dreadful online rag, a screenshot of which is shown in Figure 1.

The "grim warning" came from a "travel expert" as quoted below:

Barcelona residents were seen shooting water pistols at tourists dining al fresco on on July 6, while there have been mass protests in the Spanish-run Canary Islands against huge numbers of arrivals. 

Now a travel expert has warned that Australians' favourite overseas getaway destination could see similar unrest.  

'There's a distinct possibility that locals could start to express their frustrations with tourists directly and start to indicate that they would prefer tourists to do different things, or go somewhere else,' said Australian Traveller Media managing director Quentin Long, Yahoo reported.  

Rubbish articles like this seem to be part of an orchestrated attempt to discourage intercountry tourism by publishing articles that portray tourists in a bad light or emphasise the negative effects of tourism on local communities. An Agenda 2030 goal is to massively reduce the number of people traveling by plane and ship which is equivalent to massively reducing the number of tourists visiting countries other than their own.

We can expect more of these kinds of social engineering stories from travel experts in the future, demonising intercountry tourists and intercountry tourism, and encouraging people to explore their own country, by rail of course. Increasingly expensive overseas airfares, the imposition of travel-related taxes, scare stories about airline safety and so forth will further discourage intercountry tourism. Be patriotic. Stay at home.

The dream of the technocrats is a Chinese-style social credit score for all individuals. You'll be allowed maybe one overseas trip a year and lose points if you do travel. If your social credit score is too low for whatever reason then you will not be allowed to board a plane or boat at all. Most countries are not at that point yet but it is coming. In the meantime, expect more negative stories about tourist and tourism from the gutter press who long ago sold out to their handlers.

I'm not saying that there are no negatives to tourists and tourism. Clearly there are. I hate cruise ships but I expect these behemoths of the high seas will be increasingly targeted for negative press in the coming years. Remember that all the news disseminated via mass media (MM) is curated and so narratives can be aggressively pushed or not pushed at all. MM is completely aligned with Agenda 2030 goals and will consistently push a narrative that discourages travel by plane or boat and promotes travel by train. Just remember this each time the promotional stories appear.

British Elections

While it was nice to see that creepy Rishi Sunak deposed as Prime Minister, it would seem to has been replaced by someone equally repugnant. Enter Sir Keir Rodney Starmer.

As this source states:

Globalist Cult member and soon to be British Prime Minister Kier Starmer will take Britain to war most likely in the Autumn.

Make no mistake about it the young men and woman of Britain will be facing conscription and the threat of arrest if they don't agree to go and fight Russia on the Ukrainian battlefields.

The Labour landslide was not so much an endorsement of the Labour Party but a heartfelt rejection of Sunak who has deliberately destroyed the Conservative Party for his Globalist overlords.

A dark few years lie ahead and everyone who has any understanding needs to get ready and prepared for what is coming.

People are losing interest as the following graph illustrates. 

Only 60% of eligible voters actually voted. Of that 60%, 34% voted for Labour (20% of eligible voters). Of the 20% of eligible voters who voted for Labour, the overwhelming majority only voted for Labour "to get the Tories out". Source.

The votes that the Reform Party attracted did not translate into seats won unfortunately as the following graphic clearly demonstrates.

Net Zero is pushing up bills, damaging British industries like steel, and making us less secure. We can protect our environment with more tree planting, more recycling and less single use plastics. New technology will help, but we must not impoverish ourselves in pursuit of unaffordable, unachievable global CO2 targets.

Needless to say the incoming Labour government will be fully committed to the net zero target. The disgust at the leadership of Labour under Tony Blair led to wholesale revolt within the party. As a result, Jeremy Corbyn was elected and he was indeed a breath of fresh air. He was mercifully villified and undermined by the mass media and failed to lead his party to victory. He had not been approved by the real power brokers and so he never had a chance.

Unlike the incoming Starmer, he's not afraid to express support for Palestine.

The Foundation System

Brendon O'Connell is always on about the FOUNDATION SYSTEM and Norman Dodd who first exposed the agenda of these foundations. Here is a link to a video on YouTube in which G. Edward Griffin interviews Norman Dodd about this topic. The thumbnail for the video features the cover of Anthony Sutton's "The Best Enemy Money Can Buy". See Figure 1. I have this book in my elibrary and have transferred it to my Kindle for reading. Oddly though, the book is not mentioned in the interview.

The interview is quite illuminating and begins with reference to the Carnegie Foundation that Google's Gemini describes as follows:

Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching (CFAT):

Focus: Established in 1905, this foundation is a U.S.-based education policy and research center.

Mission: The CFAT advocates for improvements in American K-12 and higher education, promoting high teaching standards and quality educational experiences for all students.

Activities: They conduct research on various educational issues, publish reports and recommendations, and develop programs to support educators and improve teaching practices. 

As with all such foundations, their focus, mission and activities sound benevolent enough but mask a quite different agenda. The Carnegie Foundation, from its inception, sought to change the way in which American History was presented. To this end, they conspired with the Guggenheim Institute to support the education of people who they deemed suitable. These people, after completing their doctorates were promoted to positions of prominence and became the nucleus of a new generation of educators, all spouting the Carnegie version of History.

All the foundations function in this way, supporting people and programs that will promote their agendas. This might not be a bad thing if the people running these foundations were well intentioned but they are clearly not. The minutes of the first meeting of the Carnegie Foundation included a discussion about the best way to bring about desired changes in society and a conclusion reached was that WAR was the best tool.

The changes sought in society by these foundations invariably involve a diminution of the power of the individual and his or her absorption into a larger whole, a process termed collectivism or communitarianism but really just a disguised form of communism. They seek total control in their sphere of interest whether it be education, health, food, mass media, finance etc. NGOs like the WEF and intergovernmental organisations like the WHO function similarly.

Probably the most notorious foundation as of 2024 is the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, dedicated to spreading murder and mayhem around the globe. It's a perfect example of everything that's wrong with the Foundation System. Take Africa as an example. Does the Foundation focus on clean water, good nutrition and improved sewerage systems to improve the health of Africans living in rural poverty? Of course not. The focus is on vaccinations, the more the merrier.

Of course, the various foundations collaborate and conspire with one another to subvert and sabotage. Take Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, that partners with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to do its worst in Africa.

The investigative committee that Norman Dodd headed back in 1954 was instigated by Carroll Reece and Wikipedia says this about him:

From 1953 to 1954, as chairman of the House Select Committee to Investigate Tax-Exempt Foundations and Comparable Organizations, often called the Reece Committee, he led an investigation of Communist activities by non-profit organizations, particularly educational institutions and charitable foundations. The Reece Committee concluded that foundations were actively embroiled in efforts to promote socialist and collectivist ideologies.

Nothing ever came of it and the foundations continued as before and became even more emboldened in the following decades.

The Bell Tower Boy's Meltdown

DISCLAIMER: I'm only reporting on the meltdown and do not necessarily agree with all that he's saying on his Patreon site or the way that he's saying it.

Oh dear, Brendon O'Connell seems to have had a meltdown. I hadn't noticed it before but on his Patreon Site, under his name, he has written "SICK TO DEATH OF F**KING K***S AND SLAVE GOY". The letters rendered by asterisks can be seen in Figure 1.

He even listed the ten people who had recently cancelled their membership calling them by unpleasant names. However, he's still earning over $5000 a month as the screenshot shown in Figure 2 attests. As he says (the asterisks are mine):

Look how much I've been making the last 12 fucking months! 6,500USD when Oct 7 happened. Then it has sat at 5,500 since. Once I said I'd had enough it dropped a few hundred. DO YOU F**KING UNDERSTAND! 

How much is c**t Corbett and Webb and their lap dogs making in the cross promotion whoredom? How much? Liking and subscribing and NOT ONE encourages people to move in the real world ... despite we are all going to die and they love to tell you about it. I am clearly from another generation. You lot are f**king slaves. Absolute pathetic slaves.

Even with only 612 paying subscribers, Brendon is still making over $5000 a month so, as he says, imagine how much high profile alternative media personalities like James Corbett and Whitney Webb are making per month. The cross promotion is an integral part of it all and sooner or later anyone looking for alternative sources of information will stumble across one of them and then be led to the others. 

When I began venturing into the alternative media in 2015, I quickly found James Corbett (he was still on YouTube then) and was quite impressed by his content and I still am. I learned quite a lot from him but eventually I realised the truth of what Brendon is saying but some never do. These alternative media stars do not want you taking action in the real world. 

Their purpose is to gather the malcontents, the disillusioned and potential trouble makers into an echo chamber where *they give vent to their anger and frustration in the comments adhering to the carefully curated wisdom being dispensed by their alt media gurus who will rarely mention Israel or the East India Trading Company. The bad guys will be some vague global elite or the CIA!

It was quite a journey of discovery for me as I encountered deranged alt media personalities like Max Egan (Mad Max) and Jeff Berwick only to finally weary of them. For me, Brendon was quite a discovery but he certainly take some getting used to after the smooth delivery of a smarmy and supercilious character like James Corbett. 

Brendon is rough around the edges and a little unhinged but he is the real deal as they say. Whether he remains doing what he's doing is hard to say. He definitely needs to get out of Mexico.

Goodbye Facebook

Yesterday when I tried to log in to Facebook (in order to use Messenger in my web browser), I got the message that my account had been suspended for "suspicious activity". No further explanation was given but I'm sure the suspension arose because of my frequent changes of country brought about by the use of my VPN.

Clearly the powers-that-be don't like VPNs because they mask a user's actual location and so this might be the start of crack-down on Facebook users who make use of a VPN. Who knows? I tried to follow the unlock steps but received an error message and couldn't proceed further. This was enough to make me decide to abandon Facebook and Messenger completely. The Messenger app on my iPhone was also disabled.

I won't miss the platform and am glad to be done with it. Anybody who needs to contact me can do so via WhatsApp or, less appealingly, Instagram (that's also owned by Meta).

Of course, Google is just as bad as Meta and I make extensive use of the former but I don't use it in connection with any social media. The applications I use (Blogger, Chrome browser, Keep, Google Docs, Gemini etc.) are free and facilitate productivity. Even though I didn't view Facebook often, I found that I'd be sucked in from time to time because in order to use Messenger in the brower, I had to open Facebook. It was generally a depressing experience but it's one that I'll no longer have to endure.

The Cold Truth

An eighty minute video titled "The Cold Truth", Twitter screenshot shown in Figure 1, gives a good overview of the human-induced global warming scam:

The video is current and well presented, excellent for sharing with friends and family who may be in doubt about what the "truth" is about climate change. Because of the grip that those propagating climate alarmism have over media outlets and academia, the scam will continue unless we elect politicians who have sworn to support the severing of all governmental ties with the WEF.

Meanwhile, on a micro rather than a macro level, this YouTube video titled "OREGON URGENTLY SHUTS DOWN SMALL FARMS EN MASSE “To Protect The People" gives a good account of how governments, at both the local and state level, are waging an ongoing war on small farmers. The narrator reports how one city or state will implement legislation that is obviously overreaching and monitor the pushback from the citizenry. If legal challenges fail, then other cities and states will introduce similar legislation.

The agenda to deprive ordinary people of the right to grow their own food is being pushed worldwide by the WEF but it needs to be implemented at a city and state level. It is the job of the politicians and bureaucrats, most of whom are in the pocket of the WEF, to push this agenda. Thus it is vital to support politicians who are opposed to this agenda. This is the only way to thwart the master plan short of revolution.

CONTROL

If it is not thwarted then a few large corporations will control the food supply and citizens will be totally dependent of them for survival. How this food is produced, what it contains, what is added to it and how much it costs will be decided by governments  that are monitoring these corporations. Just as with the media, it is easy to control a few big players by ensuring that their CEOs are on board with the master plan.

There is still a window of opportunity remaining to turn things around. Governments require  the police, army, tax officials and other appointed persons to enforce their dictates and not all of them may be compliant. Soon autonomous drones and robots will replace them and they will have no qualms about enforcing "the rule of law". At that point, it will be too late.

A Match Made In Hell

In attempting to research this topic, I forgot to activate my VPN from within the country that I am resident in. The alert shown in Figure 1 was instantly displayed:

Oops! Somebody or a group of somebodies has decided that this is not suitable viewing on the pretext that my privacy is in jeopardy. Fortunately, I have a VPN and I can choose a country that has not yet put rumble on its blacklist. It won't be long before VPNs will be made illegal and anybody who wants to use the Internet will require authorisation via a digital ID. When that time comes, only officially approved websites will be accessible.

This post is about Pfizer's recent acquisition of a cancer research company called Seagen for a whopping $43 billion dollars, despite the latter company recording losses of hundreds of millions of dollars over the last couple of years ($602 million in 2022 and $738 million in 2023). Here is a link to a video on rumble that discusses the acquisition. Here is a link to the Pfizer website in which the acquisition is proudly announced on December 23rd 2023. Here is an excerpt:

So there are profits to be made because cancer is poised to become "a significant growth driver in the near- and long-term". Pfizer needs to recoup its $43 billion investment and seems confident that it will. Does the company know something? Of course it does. The term "turbo cancers" only came into vogue less than a year ago and has of course baffled medical professionals. People in their thirties, forties and fifties are suddenly being diagnosed with advanced and aggressive cancers. People whose cancers were in remission suddenly find that they are reactivated. All these people received their Covid vaccinations and yet this is dismissed as a possible cause.

Perhaps "dismissed" is too strong a word because that would imply the medical establishment had at least entertained the possibility of a link when in fact the possibility was never entered their minds at all. The vast majority of doctors and nurses are programmed to never doubt the efficacy of vaccines. Those that have doubts know to keep it to themselves. A very few will voice their concerns publicly and thus attract the attention of the medical mafia who will do their utmost to end the professional life of their foolhardy brethren.

Pfizer made billions of dollars in vaccine sales from the fake pandemic and it now stands to make billions, perhaps trillions more, from the sale of pharmaceuticals designed to combat the turbo cancers that the vaccines have caused. As the company says "we are going all in on cancer" and the pharmaceuticals that they will be peddling will have all sorts of nasty side effects that may prolong the life of sufferers but make them far more miserable than they might have been without the intervention. In the end, they will die. They will not be cured because the last thing that Pfizer and the medical establishment want is a cure. 

Doubtless, mRNA technology will be involved in the development of these products, and the fear factor will be ramped up to terrify even those who are currently cancer-free to submit to a miracle cancer vaccine to be taken yearly. As this article announces:

The next big advance in cancer treatment could be a vaccine

After decades of limited success, scientists say research has reached a turning point, with many predicting more vaccines will be out in five years.

These aren’t traditional vaccines that prevent disease, but shots to shrink tumors and stop cancer from coming back. Targets for these experimental treatments include breast and lung cancer, with gains reported this year for deadly skin cancer melanoma and pancreatic cancer.

“We’re getting something to work. Now we need to get it to work better,” said Dr. James Gulley, who helps lead a center at the National Cancer Institute that develops immune therapies, including cancer treatment vaccines.

More than ever, scientists understand how cancer hides from the body’s immune system. Cancer vaccines, like other immunotherapies, boost the immune system to find and kill cancer cells. And some new ones use mRNA, which was developed for cancer but first used for COVID-19 vaccines.

It can be noted that there is no attempt to find what might be causing these cancers. The focus is solely on treatment via drugs or vaccines. The twentieth century saw the rise of allopathic, drug-based medicine to the detriment of all other forms of alternative medicine. The massive investment by philanthropists in schools of allopathic medicine ensured this dominance which continues into the current century along with its unholy alliance with the pharmaceutical industry. Indeed a match made in hell. 

I happened to notice that sleazy Russell Brand, card-carrying member of the controlled opposition, is railing on YouTube against the sinister implications of this acquisition of Seagen by Pfizer. Clearly the gatekeepers are not worried about this conspiratorial sort of speculation spreading and confident that their future plans for humanity's cull are on course.

Distorted History

 It struck me recently how little we understand the past. I was reading an article titled The Great Horse Manure Crisis of 1894 and it begins as follows:

By the late 1800s, large cities all around the world were “drowning in horse manure”. In order for these cities to function, they were dependent on thousands of horses for the transport of both people and goods.

In 1900, there were over 11,000 hansom cabs on the streets of London alone. There were also several thousand horse-drawn buses, each needing 12 horses per day, making a staggering total of over 50,000 horses transporting people around the city each day.

To add to this, there were yet more horse-drawn carts and drays delivering goods around what was then the largest city in the world.

This huge number of horses created major problems. The main concern was the large amount of manure left behind on the streets. On average a horse will produce between 15 and 35 pounds of manure per day, so you can imagine the sheer scale of the problem. The manure on London’s streets also attracted huge numbers of flies which then spread typhoid fever and other diseases.

Of course, you never get a sense of that in movies set in that period, probably because the directors are not aware that there was such a problem but even if they were it would be difficult to recreate and would only distract from the plot anyway. There's a tendency to imagine that the not too distant past was not all that different from the present time and differed largely only in respect of certain technological innovations being missing. 

Even more recently, beginning in the 1940s, whole neighborhoods were doused in DDT as this video shows and this article explains. To quote from the article:

Shocking 1940s video shows how US children were sprayed with dangerous pesticide as neighbourhoods were gassed with the 'miracle cure' that could kill mosquitoes and end Polio ... DDT became prevalent in the United States from around 1943 onwards as many viewed it as a miracle cure for polio. An astonishing 1.34 billion tonnes of the chemical was sprayed across the United States in the years between 1946 and 1962. Its impact on the environment was significant, making its way into the food supply and being reported to cause neurological problems in livestock such as cows. While the effects on people are more widely debated, there are still reports of significant health issues being caused as a result of exposure to DDT. The Pesticide Action Network (PAN) of North America states: 'Studies show a range of human health effects linked to DDT and its breakdown product, DDE including, breast and other cancers, male infertility, miscarriages and low birth weight, developmental delay and nervous system and liver damage.' DDT was used well into the 1950s. After a review the U.S. government moved to ban its use in 1972.

I was a child in the 1950s and fortunately, as far as I can remember, DDT wasn't sprayed about in Brisbane Australia but it clearly was in the United States and probably other countries. The irony is that DDT can cause polio-like symptoms as explained in the book The Moth in the Iron Lung: A Biography of Polio. Without proper historical knowledge, an understanding of the rise and fall of the polio epidemic in the 20th century is impossible. The same is true of the Spanish Flu that followed in the aftermath of the Great War.

The narrative being pushed by the media and the medical mafia is that modern medicine has triumphed and continues to triumph over the onslaught of dangerous pathogens. The reality is vastly different of course and the examples of polio and the Spanish flu are a reminder of this.
