Facebook Censorship

Figure 1

I watched this video on BitChute that featured a range of medical professionals warning against the dangers of the Covid-19 vaccine. I posted a link to it on my Facebook site, mainly to see what action Facebook would take against it. Figure 1 shows a screenshot.

The post was quickly flagged as containing false information but the link was preserved so my Facebook friends could click on it if they chose. I was expecting some response but nothing came and it seems clear that I've been shadow banned described by Wikipedia as:
Shadow banning, also called stealth banning, ghost banning or comment ghosting, is the act of blocking or partially blocking a user or their content from an online community so that it will not be readily apparent to the user that they have been banned.

I'm not sure if that's what's happened. Facebook may simply not be promoting my post because the company's algorithm decides who sees what posts. Thus if someone visited my site they could still see my post, so I've not been banned.

One of my Facebook friends confirmed that my post had not appeared in his feed as it usually does but it was accessible if he went to my site. Thus if I wanted people to see it, I would have to message them and tell them to visit my site. One has to be more subtle if information is to be disseminated. For example, one could perhaps disguise the link as:

wwwdotbitchutedotcomslashvideoslashTlxWZHk5yhFM

However, I don't think I'll bother. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube are other such sites are of little use in presenting alternative viewpoints. The censorship will only intensify and it is better to migrate to alternative platforms sooner rather than later.

Twitter Alert

I saw this article in my Twitter feed this morning. Figure 1 shows a screenshot.

Figure 1: screenshot from Twitter feed

I thought I'd follow the link attached as so I clicked on it, only to be greeted by the following Twitter warning shown in Figure 2:

Figure 2: screenshot of Twitter's warning

Knowledge is a dangerous thing and Twitter has recognised that if you go to this site you may become more knowledgeable! So what is on this potentially unsafe site? Here's the article's headline:

Land Dispossession and Imperialism Repackaged as ‘Feeding the World’

You can click on the link to read the full article but it concludes:

The web that global capitalism weaves in a quest to seek out new profits, capture new markets and control common resources (commonwealth) is destroying farmer livelihoods, the environment and health under the bogus claim of ‘feeding the world’. Those farmers who survive the profiteering strategies of dispossession and imperialism are to become incorporated into a system of contract farming dictated by global agri-food giants tied to an exploitative food regime based on market dependency and corporate control. A regime that places profit ahead of biodiverse food security, healthy diets and the environment.

There are some interesting links within the article: one is to a article in GRAINS, "a small international non-profit organisation that works to support small farmers and social movements in their struggles for community-controlled and biodiversity-based food systems". The article is titled Barbarians at the barn: private equity sinks its teeth into agriculture. Here is an excerpt:

Private equity is only one class of investors taking control of assets in the food and agriculture sphere – from farmland to grain terminals to meat processing plants to food delivery – and transforming realities for farmers, fishers and workers. But it is a powerful class. Though its operations are opaque and barely accounted for, private equity as a sector has grown enormously since the 2008 financial crisis and is becoming more concentrated. It is also becoming increasingly present in the global South.

This trend is part of broader process by which the world of finance – banks, funds, insurance companies and the like – is gaining control over the real economy, including forests, watersheds and rural people's territories. This is called financialisation. Apart from uprooting communities and grabbing resources to entrench an industrial and export-oriented model of agriculture, it is shifting power to remote board rooms occupied by people with no connection to farming, much less local concerns, and who are merely in it to make money.

All of this is quite disturbing and part of an overarching plan to destroy small farmers and drive farmers off the land into smart cities or, if they remain, they remain as serfs.

There is a good article in grain.org about the growing influence of RCEP:
The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) is a proposed mega-trade agreement that involves 10 countries of Southeast Asia and six of their trading partners. If adopted, it will be the biggest trade deal in the world. RCEP will not just change rules on the export and import of goods and services; it will change how governments decide on rights to land and who has access to it. Therefore, it has the potential to increase land grabbing across Asia – already a huge problem in this region. The implications are far-reaching, with millions of farmers' and fisherfolks' livelihoods at stake in RCEP member countries where the population is struggling to feed itself.

Whether the mega-trade deal goes ahead or not, the trend seems unstoppable. The barbarians are indeed at the barn.

An Orwellian Week

It's been an Orwellian sort of week. For starters, poor David Icke was barred from entering Australia and embarking on a long-planned speaking tour. Despite having been granted a visa last September, it was revoked a few hours prior to his planned departure from Los Angeles. Venues had been booked and tickets sold. This article from The Sydney Morning Herald tells the MSM story:
The Australian government has banned notorious English conspiracy theorist David Icke from entering the country next month for a planned speaking tour.
Among the bizarre claims made by Icke, a former footballer and BBC sports presenter, are that the world is controlled by a cabal of giant shape-shifting reptiles, many of them Jewish, and that a group of elite Jews bankrolled Adolf Hitler and started several wars.
He also tells audiences the September 11 attacks were an inside job organised by "a network that works through government agencies, through organisations like the CIA".
Icke, 66, was due to tour Australia in March, but the government has now cancelled his visa, banning him from entry. It is understood the decision was made within the past 24 hours.
Immigration Minister David Coleman declined to comment.
In a statement, Icke said he was "shocked and appalled to have received the news earlier today that my visa had been revoked just hours before boarding a flight to Australia".
"I have been a victim of a smear campaign from politicians who have been listening to special interest groups attempting to discredit my beliefs, my views and my character by spreading lies," Icke said.
"This knee-jerk reaction to accommodate the people behind this smear campaign has left a sinister mark on Australians, compromising freedom of speech and ideas. This goes further than just me today, but sets a dangerous precedent for citizens who have differing views and are willing to openly express these."
The government has banned a number of controversial people from entering the country in recent years, including WikiLeaks whistleblower Chelsea Manning and Gavin McInnes, the leader of the far right Proud Boys group.
Jewish groups such as the Anti-Defamation Commission had lobbied Mr Coleman to cancel Icke's visa. The organisation's chairman, Dvir Abramovich, congratulated the minister "for heeding our call and declaring in a loud voice that anti-semites and Holocaust deniers will never find a home in Australia". He called it a "defining moment for who we are as a nation".
Icke was due to speak to audiences in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart and Sydney next month in a presentation billed as "four hours that will change your life".
In his statement, Icke said Mr Coleman had cited his views on vaccinations and climate change among the reasons his visa had been revoked. He also accused Mr Coleman of caving to pressure from a "libellous" article in The Australian newspaper published on Wednesday.
"This is the creation of a blatantly Orwellian totalitarian state," Icke said.
Josh Burns, Labor's candidate for the federal seat of Macnamara, also lobbied Mr Coleman and said the minister had finally "made the right call and succumbed to pressure".
"Given it is barely a month since we had far-right and neo-Nazi rallies in St Kilda, importing more of this sort of hate is something Australia cannot afford," Mr Burns said.
The Liberal candidate for Macnamara, Kate Ashmor, said she had been "quietly lobbying" Mr Coleman to cancel Icke's visa as his "abhorrent views have no place in Australia". She said the decision was "welcome, and affirms the government's steadfast support for Australia's Jewish community".
The seat of Macnamara, formerly known as Melbourne Ports, is currently held by outgoing Labor MP Michael Danby and has a large Jewish population. It will be a highly contested three-cornered race with the Greens at the May election.
It's understandable that the Liberal and Labor candidates for the seat of Macnamara would wish to woo the Jewish vote in the upcoming elections by earning "combat anti-semitism" credit points. I'm sure that the majority of the Jewish residents would be indifferent to David Icke's tour of Australia but of course the impetus came from outside the electorate in the form of the Anti-Defamation Commission. This is a pro-Israel lobby group and it was its influence that caused the Immigration Minister David Coleman to cave in and cancel David Icke's visa. With the likely change of government, there will be a new Immigration Minister shortly but it's unlikely that David Icke will ever be allowed into Australia again.

David Icke is predictably conflated by Josh Burns, the Labor candidate, with the "far-right and neo-Nazi rallies in St. Kilda" of a month ago and, he goes on, "importing more of this sort of hate is something Australia cannot afford". The Immigration Minister, according to David Icke, also mentioned his views on vaccinations and climate change as reasons for the revocation of his visa. In the future, it is likely that high profile foreigners will be denied visas to Australia if they criticise Israel, question vaccinations or express doubts about man-made global warming. Further taboo topics will be added shortly. There's no problem obviously with Professor Dina Porat's visa whose visit is being promoted on the Anti-Defamation Commission's website.

The pro-Israel lobby would ideally like to make any criticism of the Israeli Government illegal. It would seem that it will soon succeed in achieving that in France. The French President, Immanuel Macron has stated that "France is to recognise anti-Zionism, the denial of the state of Israel, as a form of anti-Semitism". That is quite an achievement. There's more to read about it here.

Creepy: Macron and Bibi clasping a glowing globe.
The photo of Macron and Bibi appears in an article dated 7th June, 2018 that states:
Orb memes and supernatural conspiracies are back with a vengeance after Benjamin Netanyahu and Emmanuel Macron were pictured grasping a strange glowing sphere between them. The bizarre moment comes a year after an uncannily similar photo, featuring US President Donald Trump, Saudi King Salman and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, sparked witchcraft conspiracies across social media. Netanyahu was in Paris to meet French President Macron for discussions about the Iran deal among other issues when he attended a gala in honour of 70 years of the State of Israel. The function, held at the Grand Palais, marked the opening of the Israel-France Cross-Cultural Season and, inexplicably, included a glowing orb-like object which the leaders just had to get their hands on. Unsurprisingly the image of Netanyahu and Macron clasping the orb and staring into its depths has captured the imagination of the Twitterati who appear to be on the lookout for these mystical spheres. It has also revived the earlier popular orb memes and once again aroused conspiracy theories concerning evil forces and demonic rituals. One potential cause of the leaders’ strange stance has already been struck out. The Church of Satan previously clarified that the act of standing around an orb is not actually a “satanic ritual.”

The two smiling psychopaths in this photo appeared in the following article:
Mohammed bin Salman, Saudi Arabia’’s crown prince, on Friday defended China’s use of concentration camps for Muslims, saying it was Beijing’s “right”. "China has the right to carry out anti-terrorism and de-extremisation work for its national security,” Prince Mohammed, who has been in China signing multi-million trade deals much to the annoyance of his Western allies, was quoted as saying on Chinese state television. Xi Jinping, China’s leader, told the crown prince the two countries must strengthen international cooperation on de-radicalisation to “prevent the infiltration and spread of extremist thinking”. China has detained an estimated one million Uighur Muslims in concentration camps, where they are undergoing re-education programmes allegedly intended to combat extremism. The Uighur are an ethnic Turkic group that practices Islam and lives in Western China and parts of Central Asia. Beijing has accused the minority in its Western Xinjiang region of supporting terrorism and implemented a surveillance regime. Uighur groups had appealed to Saudi’s powerful young prince to take up their cause, as the ultraconservative kingdom has traditionally been a defender of the rights of Muslims worldwide. But Muslim leaders have so far not broached the issue with China, which has in recent years become an important trading partner with the Middle East.
The Uighurs cannot expect any help from MBS who clearly has other priorities.

Welcome to the Future

The following excerpt from a news article on news.com.au is a chilling reminder of the coming New World Order where everybody must toe the line or face the consequences.
The maker of an anti-vaccination “documentary” to be aired in seven secret locations has cancelled her tour to Australia because her visa application wasn’t determined in time. This might be welcome news to Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt, who has slammed British journalist Joan Shenton’s controversial film, Sacrificial Virgins, ahead of its launch in Australia on Thursday. The anti-vaccination film opposes the Gardasil vaccine, claims that human papillomavirus (HPV) it protects against does not cause cervical cancer and that the vaccine can cause “neurological damage”.  Mr Hunt says that’s rubbish, and the film spreads “false and reckless” claims. Gardasil is administered free in Australia to boys and girls aged 10 and over as part of the National Immunisation Program and government’s cancer prevention program. “The science is in and the medical experts advice is absolute — vaccinations save lives and protect lives and they are an essential part of a healthy society,” Mr Hunt told Fairfax when the Australia launch of the film was announced. “I have no time for the false and reckless claims made by anti-vaxxers and I will continue call out their dangerous claims.”
Of course gutless politicians can be expected to always toe the line and Greg Hunt is no exception as he sums up the party line quite nicely:
The science is in and the medical experts advice is absolute — vaccinations save lives and protect lives and they are an essential part of a healthy society.
Despite the massive fuckups of the past that can be attributed to "medical experts", the "science is in" and must be believed. Failure to do so will have consequences if you have a public profile like Joan Shenton. For example, other countries may refuse you a visa.

Criticism of Israel can also jeopardise entry into Australia for non-Australians. China of course is in the vanguard when it comes to restricting travel access as it does so within the borders of its own country for those who have sufficient demerit points. This is a practice that other governments are only too eager to adopt, if they can get away with it. It may not be long before an Australian citizen who is a vocal critic of vaccinations may not be allowed to travel by plane from Brisbane to attend an anti-vaccination rally in let's say Melbourne.

Once the cashless society is implemented, fines will doubtlessly be applied to those who don't toe the line. Spreading false news about the dangers of vaccination on social media or via a blog (like this one) may attract a warning for a first notification together with a demand that the offending post be removed. Failure to do so will attract a fine and heavier fines or even imprisonment may apply for future offences. Alternatively, social media outlets or blog hosting sites will be shut down.

Expressing opposition to the prevailing orthodoxy, such as all vaccinations are safe or Israel is serious about striving for peace in the Middle East, adversely affects career prospects even now and in the future this can only get worse. Vocal critics can be assured that career advancement will slow and finally stall.

In the meantime, Joan Shenton will be present remotely:
The planned screenings in the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Byron Bay area and Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane will still go ahead, with Ms Shenton appearing via video link. Promoters will not divulge the exact locations of the screenings. They will remain secret until ticket-holders are told what the venue is two hours before the 30-minute film starts.
I guess the exact locations must be kept secret or else pressure would be brought to bear on hosting locations to rescind their authorisation to hold meetings.

Clif High versus the GoogleBeast

I've only recently stumbled across Clif High, his predictive linguistics and his ALTA reports. This is what he says about his predictive linguistics:
Predictive Linguistics is a field that I pioneered in 1993. The software and lexicon has been in continual change/update mode since. This is due to the constantly changing nature of language and human expression. Predictive Linguistics works to predict future language about (perhaps) future events, due to the nature of humans. It is my operating assumption that all humans are psychic, though the vast majority do nothing to cultivate it as a skill, and are likely unaware of it within themselves. In spite of this, universe and human nature has it that they 'leak' prescient information out continuously in their choice of language. My software processing collects these leaks and aggregates them against a model of a timeline and that information is provided in this report. The ALTA report is an interpretation of the asymmetric trends that are occurring even this instant as millions of humans are typing billions of words on the internet.
It's an intriguing idea but does it work? Well, I've read through his 2017 ALTA report and I'll wait and see how things pan out. Regardless of that however, his latest YouTube video about the way Google is surreptitiously undermining revenue to alternative news sites is quite illuminating. Of course, it's what we expect Google would be doing but it's interesting to have how it's doing it explained so clearly. He writes as an accompaniment to his video:
The masters of the big G spot have instructed the working metal heads in the bowels of the googlebeast to ratchet down the valves on alt media under the guise of a plan that we call here the 'golden showers' such that traffic dries up and we all blow our way into history. One of my thoughts, as this is all being done with algo's that have to work on linguistic structures, is to deliberately alter our own language patterns in videos and written material. Now, please note, this tactic is NOT trying to escape their algo, but rather, in a guerrilla 'fighter' fashion, we use this approach to derail the intent of the algo, and to co-opt it into 'being our bitch'.

Steemit

An interesting alternative to mainstream social media that makes use of blockchain technology is steemit and I've linked a James Corbett YouTube video that explains a little about it. I've signed up but have yet to submit a story or even vote on a story that someone else has submitted.

I've also added the logo that the site uses. It will be interesting to follow how this site fares because alternative viewpoints are being increasingly suppressed on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit etc. I can help a little by posting some content of my own and voting on content that is uploaded. In fact, I've just done this so I'm up and running. I've upvoted a post by a mathematics teacher and added a comment of my own. My username on Steemit is voodooguru.
