Students Strike for Climate Action

'No other way': Student climate activist Greta Thunberg's strike call

This was the heading of a news article in the Brisbane Times of March 13th 2019. The article goes on to state:

Students have no choice but to close their books and walk out on their classes to make their demands for serious climate action heard, says Greta Thunberg, the Swedish student who has started a global movement. 

On Friday, as many as 55 separate protests are expected in Australia by about 40,000 students as part of the School Strike 4 Climate campaign. That number is about twice that of a similar action in November, with about 100 nations likely to take part this time around. 

In comments to the Herald ahead of this week's event, Ms Thunberg said she would be staging her now customary Friday strike, bringing the number of days she has boycotted classes to 42 since she began last year. 

"The plan was to school strike for three weeks [in the run up to Swedish elections]," she said in an email. "But at the end of that I wanted to go on. So then I started Fridays For Future ... The emissions are still going up so nothing has been achieved really."

A master stroke on the part of the Global Elite, who are behind the Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) alarmism, is to get the youth of the world to support the cause. Little Greta Thunberg is doubtless well-intentioned but an unwitting dupe nonetheless.

AGW alarmism is a clever way to pressure nations to conform to global standards that will rein in greenhouse gas emissions and promote the use of "green" energy alternatives. How could any reasonable country not agree to cooperate in the battle to combat the threat of man-made global warming? It's the same with "free trade" agreements that do nothing to foster free trade but instead force countries to adhere to policies that favour multinational corporations, even to their own detriment. The common agenda is to diminish the power of individual nations even further so that the reality of a world government can be realised.

The world already has a world banking system which provides a huge restraint on what individual nations can and can't do but a global political system has not yet been realised. The latter is the goal of the Global Elite who are determined to achieve it by fair means or foul. With control over the world's finances by this elite, a global financial crisis and the bankrupting of nations may well be engineered to hasten the process. Predictively, the banksters, politicians and mainstream media will be supportive but disturbingly, the children of the world may also be on side as they embrace what they see as a New World Order. The Old World Order, dominated by nation states, delivered only:

• endless conflict and refugee crises
• trades wars that caused financial instability
• failure in combatting the catastrophe of man-made global warming
• lack of protection to minorities (religious, ethnic, sexual etc.)
• dictators who eschewed the democratic process
• travel restrictions
• unemployment and underemployment

The promise of a world free of all this is alluring to a generation who sees only a dystopian past and is blind to an even more dystopian future. The same forces that produced the former and busy building the latter. The problem comes down to the failure of the educational system to promote an awareness of how perceptions are manipulated. In the case of global warming, every heat wave and every record high temperature is highlighted in the media whereas every big freeze and every record low is either ignored or, when it's too blatant to ignore, explained away as an anomaly. This propaganda, waged daily over the years, forges a perception that the world is becoming a hot box.

In school, children are not taught that the news they receive is filtered by policies put in place by the media owners. For example, news articles in general will be supportive of vaccinations, Israel, man-made global warming and gender diversity. News that is not supportive will simply be ignored. Propaganda is defined as information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicise a particular political cause or point of view. Why on Earth should they trust what the media and politicians tell them? The latest episode of James Corbett's Propaganda Watch mentions Greta Thunberg and the indoctrination of children regarding a climate apocalypse:

We have reached the Brave New Moment where there is no longer a distinction between our “movements” and the corporate forces that have been created to further our oppression and servitude – all in compliance to economic growth and capitalism for the world’s ruling class. All of this to be achieved on the backs of the most vulnerable – our youth. Hegemonic forces are salivating over the global waves of youth mobilisation demanding action on climate change. 

The paradox is this – the youth are their vehicle. Their resistance sequestered and redirected directly back into the very system that will destroy the same future they march to save. When children from even the wealthiest of families (monetary wealth being the epitome of “success” in the West) are part and parcel of an epidemic of depression in our society – we need to question why we would do anything that would prop-up a failing system that benefits so few – at the expense of so much.

I was surprised to discover that she appears to be a believer in man-made global warming and that the world is heading toward climate catastrophe. Having realised that the power elite are firmly behind and in control of the environmental movements, she doesn't take the extra step and question whether global warming is a media-driven psyop: psychological operations (PSYOP) are operations to convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their emotions, motives, and objective reasoning, and ultimately the behaviour of governments, organisations, groups, and individuals. Nonetheless, she has at least seen through the NGO-ization of the climate change activism and its focus on profits and the continued exploitation of the planet.

Smart Cities

This article in the March 9th 2019 online edition of The Guardian is titled How America’s food giants swallowed the family farms begins by stating that:

Across the midwest, the rise of factory farming is destroying rural communities. And the massive corporations behind this devastation are now eyeing a post-Brexit UK market.

This article comes hot on the heels of another Guardian article that I read titled Debunking the myth that anti-Zionism is antisemitic from March 7th 2019. It seems that this MSM site is putting out some reasonable content from time to time. The article goes on to describe the rise of concentrated animal feeding operations or Cafos as they are known. To quote:

 “They are vertically integrated, from animal genetics to grocery store. What they charge isn’t based upon what it costs to produce, and it’s not based on supply and demand, because they know what they need to make a profit. What they have done, through government support and taxpayer support, is to intentionally overproduce so that the price stays low, sometimes below the cost of production. That kicks their competition out of the market. Then they become the only player in town. 

“Over time, it has extracted wealth and power from communities. We can see how that has impacted rural main streets. You can see the boarded-up storefronts. You can see the lack of economic opportunity.”

Gibbons says that corporations game the system by obtaining low-interest, federally guaranteed loans to build Cafos that then overproduce. But they know the government will buy up the surplus to stabilise prices. 

“The system has been set up for the benefit of the factory farm corporations and their shareholders at the expense of family farmers, the real people, our environment, our food system,” he adds. 

“The thing that is really pervasive about it is that they control the rules of the game because they control the democratic process. It’s a blueprint. We’re paying for our own demise. 

“It would be a different argument if it was just based upon inevitability or based on competition. But it’s not based upon competition: it’s based upon squelching competition.”

Here is a blog that explains more about what cafos are all about. These types of operations mean that more people are moving to the cities as they simply can't earn a living in the countryside. Once the farms are abandoned:

“Investors buy the land, and they have tractors and combines that you can run by computer,” she said. “They’ll hire somebody to sit in a little office somewhere and run that stuff off the computer and farm the land that way. Now what you’ve done is you have lost the innate knowledge of how to grow food and raise animals. You’ve lost a whole generation of it, probably two. Now we are going to rely on a few corporations to decide who is going to eat and who isn’t. We’re one generation away from that picture right now.” 

In Williams, Schutt says he’s seeing a community of owners becoming workers: “It’s going to be like Russia with serfs. If you want to work on a farm, you’ll have to work for them. We’ll give you a job, but you’re going to be working on our terms. We control everything. Small farms can’t survive.” 

The phrase I've highlighted is quite telling: you have lost the innate knowledge of how to grow food and raise animals. Already urban dwellers are totally reliant on the local supermarket for their food but some still have some idea of how to grow their own. This will change as the urban populations swell and the percentage of those living outside the cities decline. Lack of services such as hospitals and schools and increased taxation on those living outside of cities will ensure that this trend is sustained. Urban dwellers will huddle in their smart city apartment blocks, their every move tracked by ubiquitous surveillance technology and their every purchase scrutinised in a society that has gone cashless.

The Internet will be sanitised and free of fake news. Citizens will be rewarded with credit points for positive and constructive social media comments, points will be deducted for espousing views outside the mainstream and re-education classes may be required for persistent offenders. Mandatory vaccinations with contents unknown (as now) to recipients will reinforce compliance via chemical means. Education will distort history beyond recognition and shape students to feel a sense of connection only with their benevolent overlords.

Large study again confirms MMR vaccine doesn't cause autism

ANOTHER BOGUS VACCINE STUDY

Via AGENCE FRANCE-PRESSE Washington on Wednesday, March 6th, 2019 at 09:08 pm, the following statement appeared in an article in The Jakarta Post:

The study, which followed all Danish children born between 1999 and 2010 until 2013, compared the number of vaccinated and unvaccinated kids who were diagnosed with autism, and found no difference.

This sort of study, comparing a vaccinated group of children with an unvaccinated group, is exactly what those suspicious of vaccines have been demanding and now here is one such study, which followed more than 650,000 Danish children for over a decade. However, all is not as it seems. To quote directly from the paper itself:

A general criticism of observational vaccine effect studies is that they do not include a completely unvaccinated group of children. The number of children completely unvaccinated throughout childhood will be low in a country such as Denmark. We evaluated the association between MMR and autism in children with no DTaP-IPV/Hib vaccinations in the first year of life; we found no support for an association in this vaccine-naive subpopulation.

This is indeed strange. DTaP-IPV/Hib stands for:

• Diphtheria
• Tetanus
• Pertussis
• Hepatitis B
• Polio
• Haemophilus influenzae Type b 

So what is being said here? Were the unvaccinated children in the study, vaccinated against MMR but not against DTaP-IPV/Hib? It's by no means clear. How low were the numbers of "completely unvaccinated" children in the study. It's not stated as far as I can see. In a blog titled j.b.handley blog, the author makes six point in criticism of this study:

1. We’ve still only studied a single vaccine. Even though children receive 11 vaccines, and MMR isn’t given until 12 months old, long after many other vaccines.
2. The most compelling data in the study will never get covered: why is the autism rate in this study only 1 in 100? 
3. They abuse the word “unvaccinated” and the media will, too.
4. This doesn’t tell us anything about aluminum adjuvant as a trigger for immune activation events
5. The national register in Denmark is unreliable, according to published science.
6. Finally, and this is actually the most important point but also the most confusing: the study doesn’t take into account “Healthy User Bias”

It's well worth going to this blog and reading the full details regarding each of these points. Here is a brief biography regarding J.B. Handley:

Such a "massive study" as was carried out would require some hefty funding and it seems to have come from the Novo Nordisk Foundation for the most part, although the Danish Government is also mentioned as contributing. Of course, even if this flawed study had found a link between the MMR vaccine and autism, the results would never have been published. How could they be? It would destroy trust in vaccines overnight and a multi-billion industry would collapse. Before this study even got underway, there could be only one outcome but the perception has been created that this was a fair, massive, unbiassed, scientifically objective study comparing the vaccinated to the unvaccinated. The study will be referenced of course for decades to come and that was the point of carrying it out.
